Verizon does NOT block syncing music; that is the whole point behind the kit. Verizon uses .wma format, so when you sync it w/ Windows Media Player, it should convert it and put them in the proper folders on your card. You might want to check your phone manual about formatting the card to create those folders. If you need help trouble shooting over the phone, Verizon’s customer care # is 1.800.922.0204. Usually there isn’t that long of a hold time.
