Why can I watch youtube videos on my Samsung Star Wifi in our home WiFi connection?

If I connect to our office wifi internet connection, I can watch youtube videos with no problems. However, when I use our home wifi internet connection, I can view the youtube page but when I try to watch a video, it first says “connected” then it’ll says “connection to server has been lost”. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me..
