Why can I view un-actualized schedules by clicking on “Review & Edit Completed Assignments”?
When a meeting has passed but has not yet been actualized, ClubScheduler puts that meeting in a sort of quarantine state. It’s not yet considered part of the historical record until you specify who actually filled each role. So when you go to “Review & Edit Completed Assignments”, but you elect not to confirm past meeting assignments for the most recent meetings (actualize them), ClubScheduler simply doesn’t display those meetings. Once you do actualize the those meeting assignments, then ClubScheduler will make them available for you to review as part of your club’s historical record.
