Why cant I use the COMPOSE MESSAGE button in Discussions?

The COMPOSE MESSAGE button creates a new topic for discussion. Believe me, you dont want to create a new topic, you simply want to respond to my topic. So, dont use the COMPOSE MESSAGE button when youre in the Discussion area. You can use it when youre in the MAIL area since thats the only way for you to start a new email. Heres the rule of thumb: DiscussionsDont use the COMPOSE MESSAGE button; MailDo use the COMPOSE MESSAGE button.
