The ebrary Reader software is an NS-API browser plug-in and an Active-X control. Some browsers do not support plug-ins, or install NS-API type plug-ins properly. If using Opera on Windows, you can try downloading and installing the software plug-in with Netscape, and then copying the ebrary Reader plug-in file (NPInfotl.dll) from your Netscape plug-ins folder to the plug-ins folder inside the Opera program directory. If this does not work on your machine, then you will need to use a supported browser.
