Why cant I use my keyboard to enter my Online Banking Password?
Using an on-screen keyboard prevents possible hackers from getting passwords while using special software designed to monitor keyboard strokes. Your Online Banking Password must now be entered using your mouse. Use the mouse to click on the correct character on the image-based keypad and you will see the password box populate with asterisks. The cursor does not appear in the password box; just start typing with the on-screen keyboard to populate the password box. Important Note: The keyboard has uppercase and lowercase characters. Make sure you click above or below the slash when entering your password.
