• Although WAP is a GPRS connection it only allows HTTP data traffic and as such is unsuitable for OpenHand. To connect successfully it is usually a matter of configuring a different APN, click HERE for more information on APN’s and ensuring that your connection is enabled for data traffic on ports other than 80 you may need to contact your network provider to enable this.
