Why can I update my 4GB clix firmware (2.00) to 2.01?

[CLIX only] It is because the 4GB clix uses a different firmware (v2.00) than that of 2GB clix (v2.01). However, the old updater can’t tell the different between the two player and will try to install the firmware of 2GB version (v2.01) on the 4GB player (v2.00), which of course is not possible. As far as we know, the two firmware show no difference on all functions and features. A new version of the MTP firmware updater has been released, which solved the recognition problem and fully compatible with Windows Vista.
