File O.PBO, introduced in OFP: Resistance, has a new 46 byte prefix at the beginning of the file that prevents outdated versions of PBO handling utilities to successfully unpack the contents of file O.PBO. Download a newer PBO tool from the wiki’s community editing tools page.
