Why can I sign in to my Stanza by Fictionwise account?
(NOTE: The following explanation assumes that you already have an existing Stanza by Fictionwise Account. Receiving a newsletter from us does not necessarily indicate that you have an account.) The password or email address that is on your account is different than what you’re using to sign in. If your email address has changed since you originally created Your Account (because of moving, changing jobs, etc.), your Stanza by Fictionwise account still has your old email address. Even if you are no longer using the old email address, you still need to use it to sign in to your account at Stanza by Fictionwise. After you sign in to Your Account, you should check, and update if necessary, important details: email address, password, credit card number and expiration date, telephone number, etc. If you continue to have problems accessing your account, please try the password help web form.
