Starting with NetWeaver Portal SP9 the security concept has changed significantly. All content has to be made available explicitly to end-users. Please note that you have to maintain both the “Portal Content” and the “Security Zones”. In order to do so, add the “Everyone” user group and assign it read rights. You may find detailed information in our documentation in the download area in section “Installation Guide > Assigning Portal Permissions” .
