In order to view output in Banner, or use the Banner Bookshelf within Banner, any pop-up blocking tool must be configured to allow pop-ups from Banner websites. Most pop-up blockers give you the ability to allow pop-ups from given sites. Please consult the documentation of the pop-up blocker you have installed to configure accordingly.
