Why can’t I see or access certain information or links in WebCT that I know is there, or have seen before (tests, test scores, grades, icons/links)?

WebCT allows instructors to hide, reveal, or release information according to specific conditions that the instructors choose, including dates, times, and, in the case of quizzes, completion of the quiz period. So some instructors don’t release information or grades immediately, but wait until the period allowed for a quiz is over. Similarly, some quizzes and links are set to not appear until a certain date or week, and are sometimes set up to disappear at the end of that period. If there is a grade, quiz, link, or other item that you think should be available, contact your instructor to see if they have hidden it for some reason. Every once in awhile an instructor may accidentally forget to release an item, or may think that they have already. Contacting them alerts them to the problem so that they can correct it.
