Why cant I see Online Help files in Banner?
The Online Help System is the newer version of online information for Banner forms, windows, blocks, and fields. You can easily access online help for the current form or another form in the same product. Online help is currently available for selected forms only. If available, the Online Help option is enabled in the Help pull-down menu. Internet Explorer in Windows XP Service Pack 2 will block a file download when it appears that you have not requested the file. This can happen when: • A Web site tries to download files to your computer without your permission. • You requested a file but the download did not start soon enough. This is done to help protect your computer from file downloads that you might not want or know about. Please see the following documentation for details on how to allow file downloads.
