Why can I see my nVision or BrioQuery icons on the WTS Desktop?
Your WTS session was probably terminated abnormally and now the session must be manually disconnected. To resolve this, contact the CMS Call Center at 756-7000, option 3. To avoid this problem in the future always exit nVision, BrioQuery AND WTS gracefully. For nVision and BrioQuery choose “File/Exit.” After exiting the applications, choose the Start button on the WTS desktop and then choose Log Off.
