If you were invited to share someone else’s TripPlan, it’s possible that they deleted the entire trip, or removed you from the list of people who can access the TripPlan. Contact the trip owner for more information. If you cannot locate a TripPlan that you created, there are two common reasons: • If the end date of that trip is now in the past, your TripPlan has been archived. To view a past trip, click “View past trips” at the bottom of “MyTrips”. • If the TripPlan you’re looking for is not in the past and it does not appear on your MyTrips page, check to be sure you’re logged into TripIt with the same email address you used to forward your confirmation email(s) for that trip. It’s possible that you have multiple TripIt accounts. For help merging multiple accounts, click here. If you still cannot locate your TripPlan, contact TripIt Support.
