Why cant I see a shipment in TRANSCOM?
Some common reasons: A. To view a shipment in TRANSCOM or on Maps the shipment status must be 1, 2, 3 or 7. If the shipment has not begun its pre shipment status users will not see it in the system. B. TCC has to assign the shipping campaign to states/users that have been authorized access to the shipment by the shipper or designated user. Return to FAQ.
