Why can I see a BT Openzone Wi-Fi network?

0

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to view a Wi-Fi network. • You need to ensure that your PC or laptop is Wi-Fi enabled. This means either ensuring that your PC or laptop is configured correctly and has a Wi-Fi adapter which is installed correctly, or that the inbuilt Wi-Fi functionality on the device you are connecting through is switched on. • The hotspot that you are trying to connect through may have opted out of service and this is yet to be updated on the BT FON maps. • The customer may have temporarily unplugged or switched of their BT FON home hub. • You may be out of range of the BT FON signal that is being shown on the BT FON map.
