Why cant I reply to my appointment request messages?
Your service level only allows viewing appoint request messages. If you would like to have a better communication application with your patients please upgrade your service level to Doctor pro. You can upgrade your service level from your members page or send an email to upgrade@epichealth.org with “upgrade to doctor pro request” in the subject line.
