Why cant I record… I keep getting asked for a Username and Password?
Before you can record to your FOXTEL iQ box you have to set up your Username and Password on the Web Guide first and then enter the same username and password into the FOXTEL Mobile Guide application. If you do not get a “success” message after trying to setup a remote record, the request was not passed to the FOXTEL network correctly and you should try again later.
