Why can I receive Northwestern Scholarship for an unaffiliated program, since I am paying Northwestern a study abroad fee?
In order to be considered for Northwestern scholarship assistance, you must be paying Northwestern tuition. In the case of an unaffiliated program, tuition is being paid directly to the host institution. The Study Abroad Fee merely covers administrative costs associated with studying abroad, such as credit transfer.
