Why can I receive calls on my JumperTel™ phone ?
There may be a problem with your JumperPhone 100™ or your firewall may be preventing the JumperPhone 100™ from connecting, please contact customer service. • I am unable to dial out using the keypad on my JumperTel™ Phone. Usually when this occurs it means the JumperTel™ Phone and software cannot connect to our server. Please check your toolbar for a solid green icon that will say “Jumpertel-Online” if you are connected. A more obvious reason is that your Firewall may be preventing the software from reaching the internet.
