The most common printing problem in NCWISE is the presence of a pop-up blocker. Pop-up blockers are built in to most browsers (Internet explorer, FireFox, etc.) and can also be found in toolbars (google toolbar, yahoo toolbar, MSN…) that may have been installed on the computer. You must disable pop-ups in all of these areas before reports will be displayed in ncwise. To disable pop-up in Internet Explorer 6.0 click Tools>Pop-up blocker>Turn off pop-up blocker. If you receive an error message when you try to print, then please submit a tech request and include the content of the error.
