Why can’t I print a Rollover/Transfer Out, Beneficiary Change, or Name Change form via AIG VALIC Online?
Currently the only forms available for printing are the Withdrawal, Surrender, and Hardship/Unforeseen Emergency forms. However, you may request one of these other forms be mailed to you. Choose the “Forms Request” option underneath “Forms” on the menu bar, or click on the “Forms” button adjacent to the number for which you wish to make a request.
