There are three methods to fix the problelm: 1. Please open “Common Settings/General/Preview”, select “Playback” as “Show preview window automatically”, set “Decoder” as “DirectShow”. Then re-launch the program so that the new setting can take into effect. 2. Please upgrade your driver of Graphics Card to the latest. Your graphics can not support DirectX 9. 3. Please open “Common Settings/Preview”, cancel the option “Enable DXVA Acceleration”.
