Why cant I post my own resume to each individual job board?
You could manually post your own resume to each job board. However, since all job boards require that your resume be in a different format, you can expect to spend at least a half hour posting to each individual job board. If we post your resume for you, our customized software will have you posted to these job boards within minutes.
