Why cant I pick a seat I wanted even after calling the Box Office?
Most times people forget to cancel their order when they have problem with their logins. They call the Box Office wanting the same seats that they have not cleared or cancelled. If you are in this situation, the right thing to do is to cancel the order (especially if you still want those seats), then put a call through to the Box Office. After proper identification, we can then change the password or tell you what the right email address for your login is. Cancelling the seat(s) is easy. At the top of the screen click My Basket on the menu tab below the Box Office Online logo and cancel the order. If this order is not cancelled the seat will not be released until 40 minutes (i.e. from the instance you clicked on the Buy Now! button) later when the system times out your order. Refreshing the website does not cancel or release seats, it must be physically done by you or wait for the system to time it out.
