You may be using a non-HTML based email service, such as AOL, CompuServe, or Netscape Mail. These interfaces do not allow you to paste the graphic image into the body of the message. If you configure your service to work with an HTML email interface on your computer, such as MS Outlook, you will be able to paste the button graphic into the body of the email. If you wish to continue using non-HTML web-based email systems, you can still use the service, but with the alternate text-only link instead of the button graphic. The text-only link is available in your website interface in the My Button section.
