Why can I order my Tiscali Business Broadband line and domain at the same time?
There are occasions when we order a DSL connection and – even though the line passes the initial check we subsequently find that DSL cannot be enabled. As the Tiscali Business Broadband package consists of a number of components, Tiscali prefers to ensure that the DSL line is properly enabled and functional before continuing with the provisioning of the rest of the package.
