Why cant I order a permit from the login I am issued?
The administrator account is only intended to allow you to manage your company information. Once you add a user(s) they can each log in and order permits. You can do this either through the login page or through the administrative page by clicking on the login button for the Current User. Please refer to the Getting Started Document referenced in the email that assigned your administrative login.
