Why can I open Impaticized PowerPoint presentations?
Java is a plug-in that is required in order to view presentations that have been compressed using Impatica. To download the Java plug-in, please go to http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp and click on the Windows (Online Installation) link. For MAC users, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the instructions that relate to your specific Operating System. Once your installation is complete, please restart your machine in order for the settings to take affect.
