Why can I open an eStatement?
If your computer is using any sort of “pop-up blocker”, you will not be able to view your eStatement. You can either disable the pop-up blocker prior to visiting the eStatement site and then re-enable it once you are finished, or some pop-up blockers allow you to set exceptions. In this case, you can simply have your pop-up blocker software allow pop-ups on the eStatements page. Not all software can do this, though.
