Any Member deemed to reside in anyone of the Atlantic Provinces hereby acknowledges that Company cannot obtain Consumer Credit Reports for them from Trans Union of Canada. In order to obtain a Consumer Credit Report ATS Members are obliged to use Equifax and therefore are required to have a site inspection before account activation as per explanation.
