Why cant I navigate even though I have a navigation license for Maps?
If you have purchased a navigation license but you are not able to navigate, select Options > Extras > Drive & Walk (or Walk); accept the Terms and Conditions and EUSA (End User Service Agreement), click Download, select the region you want to purchase, and try to purchase it again. If the application tells you that you have already purchased a navigation license for this region, make sure that the start and destination points for your navigation lie within the region for which you purchased the navigation. Note that if the start and/or destination point of your route is not within the purchased region, the navigation will not work. Start and destination points have to be within the purchased region. Ensure that you purchased a navigation license valid for car and pedestrian navigation.
