The installation of other software products may cause the disablement of a Windows service called WebClient. This service is needed for Xdrive to function properly. To enable this service, click on Start –> Control Panel –> Administrative Tools –> Services. Once the Services panel launches, then look for a service called WebClient. Right click on the service name and select Properties. On the General tab, select Automatic to enable this service automatically upon login or Manual to enable it manually upon need.
