Why cant I make an EZmoney deposit?
We must have your EZmoney form with the attached documentation in our office to approve any further EZmoney deposits or withdrawals. Your initial deposit takes 5 banking days to fully complete. You cannot use EZmoney until the initial transaction fully completes the system. If you have sent the required form and it has been longer than 5 banking days since your initial transaction, please call Customer Service at 1-866-891-5100 seven days a week from 9:00AM 12 Midnight (ET) to resolve the issue.
