Please check whether your handset is roaming or your number is concealed. No video calls can be made when the SmartCAM can’t recognize the number. If you receive the prompt SMS “The white list has reached its limit, you can’t be connected.” At this time, you can press the Clear key to clear the 20 numbers saved in the SmartCAM except the ADMINISTRATOR PHONE number, or delete some of the numbers in the white list through the ADMINISTRATOR PHONE number.
