• First check to verify there is data (GPRS) coverage in the area that is being traveled, by clicking on the Data Connectivity icon to the LEFT of the Tower/Bars icon in the top tray. • When a data connection is made, there will be two outward pointing arrows (with no X). Upon verification, verify the connections settings by doing the following: • Select Start. • Select Settings. • Select Connections (tab) at the bottom. • Select Connections (icon). • Select Manage Existing Connections. • Verify/Select VZEmail. • Select OK button at the top right.
