Why cant I logon using my id and password?
Some or all of the below suggestions may help resolve your logon issue: Please verify that the userid and password is one you have created specifically for the ACS SSO application you are trying to access. The password field is case sensitive – please key the password in the same case as when created during registration. Make sure you are not trying to access the application using a bookmark saved prior to 11/01/04. Invalid characters in the saved URL could prevent you from logging on successfully. Once you have accessed the application successfully, you may then save the site address in your favorites. Some users elect the option offered by their operating system (windows 2000, XP, etc) to “save their password”. If you have chosen this option, please turn it off, as the password that has been saved may not be the same as for APeServices.
