Why can I login to Blackboard using the temporary login ID and password I received in the NetID e-mail message?

The temporary login ID and temporary password are only used to set up the NetID. They don’t provide access to Blackboard. You will need to follow the instructions in the e-mail to set up your NetID before you will have access to Blackboard.
