You need to make sure you have a capital “P” in front of your username and your username MUST be lower case. This is the only place you need the capital P. Your password is case sensitive. If you are not sure of your password erase what is in the box and retype it. CHECK YOUR CAPS LOCK KEY. You may have been suspended for non-payment, or have violated FWI’s Usage Terms of Service or Billing Terms of Service. Your name server address numbers are wrong.
