The log-in ID is “CMCSUBxxx”. The “xxx” is the 3-digit Computer Media Claims (CMC) submitter number that should be inserted. The password is the case sensitive password created with the CMC Help Desk. Verify password. Providers who cannot log in should call the CMC Help Desk at (916) 636-1100.
