Why cant I just practice my profession immediately after I arrive in Canada?
Even if you have a job offer, you still have to pass State regulated licensing prior to getting your desired position. Some hospitals may allow an RP licensed nurses to work as assistants until their proper licensing is obtained. After passing your board exam, you may be offered your rightful positions.
