Why can I install the iSync plug-in for my phone to my Apple Macintosh computer?
If a phone is not natively supported by iSync, it needs a phone plug-in. Please follow the instructions below to install the plug-in. • Make sure that iSync is in the default location (Applications). • Make sure all Operating System updates are installed. • Make sure all iSync updates are installed. • Download and install the phone plug-in from http://europe.nokia.com/get-support-and-software/product-support/isync/compatibility-and-download. (note: select your device model before you can see Download button. If your device requires a plug-in, the Download button is displayed. Otherwise it is not displayed.) • If the phone plugin fails to install, contact Apple.
