A. The installation routine on the distribution CD-ROM was unable to properly detect the Windows 2000 operating system, reporting that a service pack must be installed. The installation file has been modified to correctly recognizes Windows 2000, allowing installation to proceed on systems running Win2000/Win2000 Professional, and Win2000 Server.
