Why can I insert a disc into Disc Stakka?
If the Disc Stakka gate appears to be blocked and you are unable to add a disc to the unit, check the following: • Make sure the OpdiTracker software is running, and that the OpdiTracker icon is displayed in your taskbar. • Check the unit in Explorer. If the status is not “Active”, then investigate why it is Inactive, locked or in an error state (see relevant information in Help file). • Check the LED next to the Disc Stakka gate. When the unit is full, the LED flashes slowly and the Disc Stakka blocks its gate to stop additional discs being loaded.
