Why can I hear any sound when I watch a PhotoJam show?
This can be caused by a number of factors: • Disconnected speaker or headphones inadvertently plugged in • Improperly set volume levels in the operating system • Damaged or out-of-date sound card driver software • Damaged Adobe Flash Player (used by PhotoJam) • Damaged PhotoJam Here’s how you can address each of these possibilities… Disconnected speaker or headphones Inadvertently plugged in: • Check all connections. Improperly set volume levels in the operating system: • Check the volume settings of your computer. Windows • Click on the Start button • Choose Settings -> Control Panel • Double-click on Sound and Multimedia • Click the Audio tab at the top of the dialog box • Verify your volume settings and adjust appropriately Mac OS • Choose Control Panels from the Apple menu • Double-click Sound • In the Sound control panel, click Output in the menu on the left-hand side • Verify your volume settings and adjust appropriately • If you have speakers, verify that the volume is turned up
