Why can’t I get to the “wall loads” tab from the General Information screen?
A14. When you start a new load, the program opens with the General information screen and requires certain information to establish job “default” values. This is explained in the window special features help by clicking on the green “?”. Minimum data is needed for the following items before the program allows the other load source tabs/screens to be selectable for changes to factory defaults: • Ambient Temperature: factory default is 95°F. • Room Temperature: factory default is 35°F.
