Why can I find the same job on the employer website as I do on icrunchdata after being redirected?
Many employers have chosen for you to be redirected to their own websites to apply to jobs. They post certain jobs on icrunchdata in a manual fashion, and have used a unique URL for the redirect to their own site. Their intention is to have you apply through their own ATS (see FAQ above). In certain instances, the employer has removed the job posting from their own website, and forgot to remove the posting from icrunchdata; thus making the URL invalid or making it impossible to the find the job anymore.
