Why can’t I find the same collection or piece of jewellery I saw a few days ago?
We do not mass produce our products, they are all objects made in line with the ancient Florentine craft of jewellery making. To guarantee maximum speed in our deliveries to clients, if a piece of jewellery is out of stock, we temporarily suspend sales for the few days needed to produce that item again. Don’t forget that we make unique objects: often the collections are produced in limited numbers, therefore availability is limited. We do this in order to guarantee original items for those who buy our products. Therefore, if you can no longer see a particular piece of jewellery, this may mean that it has been withdrawn from our catalogues.
